"Yes, that's her, where is she?"
"The old lady was very kind." Hannah looked up at the nearly two-meter-tall man, "She brought me a very delicious cake last night."
"Did you eat it?" the man asked.
The cake had been poisoned, capable of corroding a person's internal organs, yet one wouldn't die immediately.
This was a common trick used by the Poison Witch.
Hannah nodded, "I did eat it, it was delicious."
The man squinted his eyes as if he was judging whether Hannah was lying or not.
Several people hiding nearby also heard Hannah's words.
Despite being innocent childhood speech, for some reason, it gave a very eerie and unsettling feeling.
It was as if a little witch had escaped the dark forest, wearing a red cloak dyed with blood.
"Uncle, do you have anything else to ask?" The little witch was tired, "If not, I'm going to go back to sleep."
The man fell silent, his eyes filled with vigilance.
The little witch went into the house, waving goodbye to the man.
