After eating his fill while talking with Elena, Riya, and Vicky, Eric left the house.
Although he didn't plan to stay out for too long this time, in case something delayed him, he didn't want Elena and Riya to worry. So, he told them he might come a little late.
Elena, after telling him to be careful several times, let him leave.
When he walked out of the house, he once again felt those two gazes on him. Closing his eyes, he tried to sense where they might be but failed yet again, which made him sigh.
Then his eyes flashed, 'Let's see if you can still hide from me after I increase my cultivation level.'

A while later, he arrived at the inn to check up on the Miller family and Rosalie.
Knock! Knock!
"It's me, Eric." He called out after knocking on the door of the room the Miller family was staying in.
A moment later, the door quietly opened, and Liam appeared in front of him.
Eric let out a relieved sigh in his heart upon seeing he didn't look too out of sorts.
