I was getting married today, and I couldn't stop thinking about Blake. I tossed and turned all night, spending half of my night in the shower! His scent was intoxicating. It turned me on. I had smelled nothing like that before. What would happen if I saw him? I didn't like that he was at Maya's, but he could be nowhere safer.
I had to talk to Noah about it. Honestly, I didn't want to get married to someone I couldn't stand or touch. That would be unfair to him. I left my room to go to my brother's room.
"Noah, can't we switch brides? I honestly don't want to marry Henry Levi. He'll only suffer," I said pitifully.
"Father won't accept it. Did you know the trouble Uncle Jack went through before they approved of this wedding?" Noah said.
"Well, isn't it obvious that I don't want it?" I asked, stubbornly.
"Let's go to the hall. Everyone is waiting for us, Alexander." I scoffed and reluctantly walked with Noah to the hall.

For the first time in ten years, I woke up late today... Cece's portion knocked me out ... The bed was uncomfortable, but it did its job. It was the smell of toast and bacon that woke me up, and I felt fresh despite the discomfort. Cece noticed my bracelet right away.
"That's a delicate bracelet. Where did you get it from?" The witch asked.
"The question made me nostalgic.,"It was..., It... was... Oh, I am sorry," Tears threatened to drop, but today was not the day for them.,"My mother gave it to me," I said in one go.
"Oh, it's really lovely," Maya said, smiling.
"Can I see it?" Cece asked.
"Hmm. No, Cece, mother said never to take it off until I met my mate. So, sorry," I said apologetically.
She nodded and smiled.
I promised Maya I would see her before we left for Warren City.
Noah kept his promise and picked me up at 8am to decorate the wedding cake. I spent two hours decorating the cake in order to make it look good. The design was simple, yet elegant at the same time.
I walked back to my quarters because I started feeling nauseous and it made me feel dizzy. It was just before I fell asleep when my phone rang. A call from Liam remained unanswered. Then he called again until the machine picked up.
"Hello Blake, answering your cell phone will make the conversation about disappointing mom much easier. Get to the wedding hall right now before your punishment reaches spiritual proportions."
I jolted up from the bed, had a quick shower, and wore a traditional white outfit. To my surprise, all five pack members were present!
In the Moonstone pack, there are men dressed in black khaki trousers over a red undergarment, with a dragon head as an overall coat. These men only show their faces, with flames wrapping around their sleeves and collar. Liam is always proud to dress like this..
The pack members of the Nightwalker wore delicately stitched clothing and crest symbols on their suits' trousers, which were depicted with the dark shadow of the moon.
Pack members of the Dark moon wore a white inner robe with a light blue decorative stripe; a white outer robe with an embroidered cloud motif on the chest and black trousers.
Members of the Mountain Pack wore green outer garments with shadows of the mountains, black pants, a silver bell on their belts, engraved with wolf's claws.
Members of the Primal pack wore black trousers with a purple outer robe with big collars, small sleeves and a stitched shadow of the Moon.
To find Liam. I bowed my head as I stepped into the hall, using my eyes to find him. As soon as I could identify where he sat, I started walking towards him as quickly as I could. Suddenly, I heard a growl, followed by a pair of footsteps. I raised my head up and saw the most beautiful human walking towards me, with fair skin and black hair. The outlines of his waist and back were smooth and graceful, yet strong. The white suit that he wore, as well as his very light eyes and long eyelashes, made him look very attractive. It must be the groom, I thought to myself.
I was drooling over someone's husband when I heard, "MATE!"
"I'm sorry; what are you talking about?" I squinted. I said in a deep, inner voice. He was staring into my soul right in front of me.
"MATE," he repeated the word.
My mouth dropped open, and I giggled. Almost all eyes were on us at the moment!
This alpha would be the death of me..... The bride and Riley Carson would have killed me right now if eyes could kill. I do not know how I survived their death glare.
"Mine," he growled, breaking me out of my trance. When he wanted to touch me, I moved back a few inches, causing his brows to furrow.
"I am sorry. I am not your mate. No bond exists between us," I replied. "This is not the first time someone has said I am their mate. I should feel a connection between us, right?"
A menacing aura emanated from his eyes as they changed colours instantly. He roared so loudly, I could feel the ground shake. As a response, everyone bowed their heads. I don't know if it was because of fear or respect, but I realized it was just both of us standing. In an instant, Noah reached out to Alexander and held his hands while Liam and Lilly grasped mine.
Let's go for a walk, Blake. Lilly spoke in a soft voice filled with tears.
I felt a sudden sadness for alpha Alexander when a tear dropped from his eyes. His eyes were on me till we walked out of the hall.

I didn't even know how he looked. Noah told me to use my imagination to think about it. I shouldn't be experiencing this type of situation, shouldn't I? 'Maya, let a miracle happen. I'm counting on your words,' I pleaded as I stood beside Henry.
We were about to exchange wedding vows. I started feeling hot, like boiling. I was excited, and I didn't know why. That was when I picked up the most delicious strawberry scent and it made me nervous.
Mate? That is my mate.
I glued my eyes to the entrance. My heart stopped when I saw the most beautiful human enter the room. He was here, my mate was really here, looking unreal.
I heard my wolf's growl, "Mate!"
All the guests were silent, their eyes fixed on me as I walked towards him. Everyone was watching the entire scene in awe.
I growled, MATE! My wolf wanted out.
A smile spread across his face, and he giggled. It was the most beautiful smile I had ever seen in my life. It felt surreal. He was deep in thought when I said "mine". It sounded possessive, and I loved it.
I was standing face to face with him and I felt the urge to touch him. My hands stretched on their own and he moved away from me. My brows furrowed ....
His voice was the softest and sweetest I had ever heard, but the words that came out of his mouth shattered my soul.
