In the eyes of Elder Li and the scholars, the 5-nanometer process lithography machine developed and manufactured by Mist City Arts and Science University was a perfect piece of equipment. Moreover, this lithography machine would enable their own chip industry to revive and no longer be choked by foreign technology.
