Other than waking up with a sore stiff neck due to the rather awkward sleeping, Jade didn't have any complaints about how she didn't make it to bed the evening prior. Laxana's little nap turned into a full night's rest that included several hours more sleep than either of them was used to getting. If not for Justin waking them up when he came into his ready room to start his duty day, they would have likely slept even longer.
"Urrr, mmm, ohhh, ah good morning."
"Oha, ouuuchesss, my neck."
Instead of continuing her stretch, Jade grabbed her neck and looked at Justin with a sad face as the lights in the CO's ready room continued to flicker to life automatically as the motion-activated switches detected his arrival.
"Good morning Jade. I think that has to be a new record."
Looking at him with groggy eyes and confusion, Jade repeated; "New record," in a questioning way.
"I believe that this is the longest that you two have ever managed to keep your clothes on around each other."
