Qin Ruan smiled at Huo Qi as he approached, "Long time no see."
"Indeed, it's been a while since I entered the company. I've been so busy I'm spinning like a top."
As Huo Qi responded and approached, he saw the twins getting out of the car.
Huo Yao and Huo Anqi stood by Qin Ruan's side, politely greeting him, "Uncle Qi."
"So well-behaved, and you've grown a lot too," Huo Qi squatted down, ruffled their hair, then looked up at Qin Ruan and said, "Uncle asked me to come down to pick you up. He's been waiting upstairs for a while now. Shall we go up?"
Qin Ruan's eyebrows slightly raised, her face showing surprise, "He knew I was coming?"
Huo Qi stood up and nodded at her, "Uncle mentioned having lunch at the company today. I instructed the kitchen to prepare when I came down."
Qin Ruan smirked inwardly, unsure whether to call her father-in-law an old fox who predicts everything accurately or just lucky to guess she wouldn't stay at home.
