It's been a week since that interaction between Jake and the Roche and today he went back because he needed food although the apple was still good he grew tried of the high sugar and spice snacks
Leaving his home he walked to the meeting place waiting until Ze comes. He waited for a while and then he saw them coming form the kitchen they were carrying somthin a paper
Slowly they brought the big piece of paper his way and unravel it he looked over it and saw that they had been marking the movements of their antennas to words of the English alphabet he read it slowly and he reached the bottom and instead of signs he saw a sentence that said
" Friend he died against a spider as you call it, over the month we have had fights with them over who owned this place and you are a buffer as they still fear you they don't dare pass your territory, that's why you hold much of this place we wish no treat against you but you must keep them on their side untill we are able to get rid of them"
He would look at them for a long time then signed " what happens after they're gone from the map what about me"
Ze " you will join us we won't kill you after all you hold the water deal"
Jake signed slowly " yeah deal"
Trading food and water I made my way home not sure what to do. If they find a way to get water they would probably get rid of me I need a plan
He didn't want to go to the door he was scared I might be taken from there he knew they weren't going to do that but fear is powerful h stayed there for the rest of the night

IN THE ROACH BASE KITCHEN
Ze moved in between the many roaches here he was going to their king
Ze "sir I have informed the human he seams startled"
" Good fear will keep him down for now since the spiders still haven't moved we should be good for now also invite him tomorrow I will officially take a name to be called"
Ze" sire could I name myself Ze"
" Sure no problem get going tomorrow there is a lot of preparation"
Leving and heading to the can area where most of them lived it was nice
The have taken most of the house, but the spiders were persistent
when they discovered this human they noticed that spiders had been avoiding him like the plague
we where scared at first we slowly started to inch closer to him see if he would attack us, however he didn't instead he seamed scared if we played our cards right we used him and he won't be a treat instead a friend
He will help me take this place like Gauis Julius Caesar the will be my name I will conquer this and take more from the outside
I walked towards the books I have been reading involveing early roman history and the beginning of the Roman Empire I will conquer everything I see I will become a ruler
He turned to a statue of mud and trash that was a roach Gauis " lord N'Zoth I will spread your name the far and wide were no one will dear oppose you"

Jake still unsure of what the future would look like decided that now was finally the moment that he would try that spice they gave him he was depressed, but some good food can fix that ' anyways what else can be weird it's a new world set up on the old world yeah just take everything one by one imma get there'
Cooking some bread it had a little mold he just tore the molding one to eat the one that wasn't molding
He waited for the bread to start tossing and then he grabbed small amount of the black powder he sprinkle it over the bread
Noticing the bread started to burb faster and a small burst of hot air on his and he stretched his hand to get the breast out of it, unaware that the black powder was the cause his right hand began ingulfing it with fire
His face broke into an anguish and agonizing pain he began screaming desperate he began hitting his hand into the floor to stop the burning and rolling it so it doesn't spread
He kept hitting the floor falling bones breaking and dislocating what he doesn't see is that some of the fire got to the rest of the gun powder which after a while it blew up burning half of his face and body he grew unconscious slipping into a a deep sleep
He felt horribly he couldn't move his intire body 'damn it why can't I move my body it feels paralyzed God help' he felt tears going down
He stayed there for what felt like 20 minutes not being able to open his eyes or move at all he started to pray to anyone
What he didn't expect was his prayers being answer
???? "Boy what is it that you wish"
Jake " to live to be able to move please"
???? " I will give you only one option and if you don't accept it I will not help you"
Jake * yeas pleas tell me"
???" Become my child through blood"
Jake " yes I agree"
???" Good usually your species rejects every time I offer them this proposal"
????" Not all your body will be able to reganarate only some on your right hand you will lose two figures but the rest should be okay your burns are gonna be there, but not bother you social at least"
Jake eyes flutter open looking around seeing his home full of black powder and some burnt places
Jake " I'm --im alive I live"
He yelled smiling ear to ear
He would hurry up and throw the remaining water at the fire
Father " so what are you gonna do first"
Jake " do what I guess stay alive"
Father " yeah, but taking over the roches and spiders would help you live longer"
Jake " true,but I can't take every single one of them plus I don't know the numbers of the spiders"
Father " just practice your hardening it's a power I gave you as you now carry my blood"
Jake " I have powers that that's fucking Cool hell yeah"
Father" yeah just practice control in it's natural just focus on your skin and try to harden it"
