The trades at Sin Mansion could involve giving up one's own sins, or taking on new ones. This could, of course, create a theoretical "balance of accounts," but multiple trades often lead to seeing the master of Sin Mansion or to becoming lost. So, if one can keep their wits about them, the correct decision would be to leave immediately.
