Li Huang wouldn't describe himself as paranoid but he knew deep down that he was at the very least an overly cautious individual however, even he didn't see this coming. He was musing about the possibility of [Whispering Orchid Flute] being used against him in the auction. Still, he couldn't even remotely place the scale of its effectiveness nor the power it would exert to nullify its effect.
Sure, he would be able to minimize the effect if push came to shove by harming his hearing but he wouldn't be able to do much about the bone conduction that would happen regardless.
'I have to ask the family to buy a few more things for me, just in case.' Li Huang took a mental note about countermeasures he has to take for a possible conflict in the future and focused his attention back on the task at hand, mainly what to do with this new development.
