Du Jiahui and He Tianhong presented their gift to Wang Jingyuan first.
"I thought bringing my senior brother here was the gift," said Wang Jingyuan.
"Yes, but that was just part one," Du Jiahui replied. "There are two of us, so you get two presents."
Wang Jingyuan opened the gift box to find a set of intricately crafted silver hairpins, with sapphire dewdrops and dangling silver threads that tinkled.
"Oh, they're beautiful!"
"Jiahui designed these hairpins herself," He Tianhong said as he looked proudly at his girlfriend. "She found the best silversmith in the Capital to turn her concept into reality. She said it would match your blue dress very well."
Next was Liu Xiaochen's gift, which was a beautiful crimson fur cloak with soft white fur lining the hood and collar. Everyone oohed and aahed as Wang Jingyuan lifted it up.
