Chapter 626 - C626

Shirou's expression turned solemn. The whirlpool of light around him completely receded into his body.

"This is...!"

The Beast's expression changed violently as she saw the people behind Shirou—countless shadowy figures. Magi, knights, missionaries, soldiers, merchants, commoners...

One by one, they slowly walked toward Shirou, entering his body.

Abruptly, a wave of true panic surged within the Beast.

"Crack crack crack crack--"

Shirou's face fractured like a shattered mirror, cracks spreading across his whole body. Arms, legs, hands, fingers...everything cracking apart.

Even on the Black Mud.

"Crack crack crack--"

Even his Saint Graph serving as the foundation of his existence began fragmenting like glass.

Perhaps this was a form of madness he would never dare to attempt with his main body.

Shirou smiled. He'd shoved every last Record under his command straight into his own Saint Graph!

Just how many people's Records had he ruled over?

Hundreds of thousands!

And now he crammed every last one into his Saint Graph!

His body crumbling like crystalline glass, he slowly... stretched out his arms, endless light leaking through the cracks over his form.

He clenched his fists forcefully. "The hour of coronation has come—I am the eternal king!"

A golden crown materialized, descending slowly onto his head like the dawning sun, banishing all shadows.

Danger!

Dangerdangerdangerdanger—!!!

Alarm blared in the Beast's heart instinctively.

She didn't understand his plan, yet she sensed a great danger—a threat that could even endanger a Beast.

"I won't let you succeed--!"

She shrieked as an endless tide of pale hands erupted toward him, surging faster than ever before.

"I won't allow it, I refuse to let this happen!"

She screamed in desperation.

Yet--!

"Crack crack crack crack--!"

The starry sky fractured like a spiderweb, countless Towers of Light burst out from within like the dawning sun, and piercing through the darkness that enveloped them.

"Impossible!" the Beast shrieked in dismay. "I already destroyed that spear!"

"Light may not escape a black hole, but it can never be extinguished,"

Shirou's body had fragmented beyond recognition now.

Yet his tone remained soft, almost wistful, like a whisper on the breeze.

Perhaps he was smiling.

But that was only the beginning.

As the first Tower of Light broke free from the fractured stars, countless more emerged after, cascading through in a luminous flood.

"Boom—boom—boom!"

The first,

The second,

The tenth,

The hundredth...

Endless Towers of Light blasted free from the starry void, linking heaven and earth, piercing the Beast's darkened cosmos, illuminating the entire universe.

"How can this be?! How?!"

The Beast shrieked in frenzied dismay.

"Crack crack crack--"

Shirou's body crumbled even faster now.

The more he disintegrated, the more furiously the pillars multiplied, cascading through reality.

In mere moments, the infinite Towers had speared through the dark universe, emerging even from Semiramis' [Hanging Garden]!

"What is this?! What's happening?!"

Semiramis screamed in panicked shock.

Pillar after pillar of light endlessly skewered the [Hanging Garden], shattering its ceiling to link with the distant horizon and crushing its floors to join with the earth below!

Countless towers connecting heaven and earth now riddled Semiramis' once-invincible fortress.

"What is this?! My garden...my kingdom!" She shrieked in distressed fury.

A pillar of light suddenly soared skyward, blocking Karna's path to Arjuna.

Arjuna gazed at the sudden Tower of Light in astonishment.

"Eternal King..." he murmured.

The resplendent pillar speared through the [Hanging Garden], meeting the sky, banishing all darkness from the midnight gloom.

A light so beautiful, so mesmerizing, so irresistibly alluring!

Adam stared, utterly captivated by its glory.

Vlad stayed his hand, regarding the pillar with complex emotions. "I see... So this is your answer as a king, Assassin?"

"What wondrous heroic light," Astolfo breathed.

"The king...he's leaving." Spartacus gazed at the Pillar of Light and bowed slightly.

Kotomine stared at the light with a complex expression. "Eternal King..."

The light shines upon the world, all darkness and falsehoods fade away, even the Paradise is illuminated.

"It's...it's Assassin's light," Saber murmured. "The Eternal Kingdom..."

"It looks just like the light when the Lord descends..." Jeanne stood at the Cathedral gates, transfixed by the glowing skies. Behind her, the Virgin Mary statue watched in silence.

"Our music seems out of place now." Nero set down his violin, peering at the light through the Golden Theater's windows.

In a cozy cottage, Mordred struggled to blow out the candles on a cake.

"Mordred, what's wrong?" The man gazed kindly at her with bright eyes.

Mordred raised her head, gazing solemnly at the man. "My father is a King. He's a hero!"

The light illuminated her face.

...

Endless Pillars of Light pierced the dark universe of the Devil's Bodhisattva.

Shirou's body was riddled with cracks, like fractured glass without a single intact section left.

"Don't mess with me, don't mess with me!" the Beast shrieked.

Panic.

Finally, there was a sense of panic.

For the first time, she felt the lethal threat that's enough to cause panic from Shirou in her beast form.

She shouted, "Stop! If you keep this up, you'll die, you'll definitely die! Even as a Grand Servant it would be the same!"

"A Grand Servant...I never saw myself as one..."

Shirou smiled gently.

By now, he had fused tens of thousands of records.

He pushed himself to the brink of collapse—ready to shatter at any moment.

Shirou raised his palm slightly and gathered endless light from the countless Towers, drawing it into his hand.

Gradually, the light coalesced into a spear.

The truest, mightiest spear that could ever be.

Perhaps such an extreme can never be reached again in the future.

He stared at Devil's Bodhisattva, raising the spear slightly.

"No...!"

She screamed.

Shirou held her gaze, unwavering.

At this moment, all his mana, Saint Graph, Magic Circuits, body, thoughts, records, emotions, black mud...everything he possessed was focused on this one spear.

Scáthach's exclusive one-strike attack was something he couldn't replicate or activate on his own.

Therefore, he reached deep within himself to unleash his own ultimate strike, converging everything he had into a single decisive blow!

What he lacked most was precisely this kind of reckless abandon, betting everything on a single strike!

Because he was always worrying in every moment.

But now, he was no longer thinking about anything - connection points, Artie and Mordred, Ritsuka and Sakura, Chaldea...he had stopped worrying about all of it.

He had bet everything on this one strike.

And this was the final strike!

"The Grand title is not what I seek, nor should any hero. A true hero only needs this one moment!" Shirou shouted, throwing the spear towards the Beast's heart with all his might.

This ultimate attack, completely unlike Scáthach's, betting everything on a single decisive strike!
