Wei Chengfeng had just stepped through the door when he heard the sound of the television from inside the house. After changing his shoes, he went in and saw Su Li sitting on the sofa, the picture of leisure.
"Watching a movie?"
"Yeah." Su Li responded lightly and turned to look at him, "You're back?"
"Yeah, why don't you go rest?"
"I've slept all day already, I'm wide awake now, how could I sleep? You must be tired, right? Go rest upstairs, don't mind me." She finished speaking and turned her attention back to the television.
However, Wei Chengfeng sat down beside her, his arm looping behind her, resting on the back of the sofa, and he said nothing, just watched with her.
The atmosphere quieted down once again. Since the movie was already near its end, it finished after about fifteen minutes. Su Li picked up the remote to look for another film to watch, thought for a moment, then turned her head to look at the man beside her and asked, "Is Qiao Ling doing okay?"
"She's fine."
