However...
He overestimated Nancy's understanding.
After much trouble, Tang Yu and Eileen finally got a relatively accurate answer from Nancy.
Reaching the Transcendent Tier did indeed enable flight. But to say so wasn't quite accurate; upon breaking through to become a Transcendent, an odd force field constantly enveloped the person, a field that could negate Earth's gravity and produce a propelling force, enabling one to fly or hover as if stepping on air.
Tang Yu's thoughts wandered elsewhere immediately.
'If Awakening Tier already has the ability to fly—like those with Wind Series powers or wings—wouldn't it be a loss to break through to the Transcendent Tier?'
But on second thought, he realized that wasn't right.
