Nathan's cold but slightly angry voice floated. He seemed to be on edge as he narrowed his pale ruby eyes on me.
No, wait. Why is he angry at me? I didn't do anything!

I swear to Luminus, if one more person appears and asks the same question, I will riot.
Nathaniel's frown didn't fade even after that.
"Why did he–"
"Captaaaain~" Eon jumped Nathan and cut him off, clinging to him as he whines. "Captain, the general is courting Naaaads! What am I supposed to doooo? Captain~"
Nathaniel's lips thinned.
"... Courting… who?"
Oh, goodness. This is turning into a headache.
I suddenly feel exhausted.
"It's me. I'm courting her." Lukas intervened yet again.
Nathan flinched.

Like Eon, he was surprised to see him there.
Seriously, I can't blame them. Lukas is like a ghost. He has no presence at all. Only if you saw him with your eyes that you got to know that he was around.
