That's why mostly scroll item is rare, it cannot seek easily to find a scroll item.
That was the learning that they learned while Ah Cy thought that the mask boy use a scroll item, unfortunately that wasn't for him but it make him still relief where Ah Cy really don't know about the identity of the mask boy. So Li as a mask boy act and pretend to express that it was just Ah Cy said. Ah Cy's expression took it as an amazement where she think that the mask boy as traveller could use a scroll item.
Li as a mask boy laugh slightly by the words that Ah Cy said, he continued to pretend that he use a scroll item. While at that moment Li didn't notice that he was carrying Ah Cy longer than expected and it makes Ah Cy blush and she said to the mask boy to put her down.
Li was making a flustered movement of embarrassment as if he does not know what he is doing and put down Ah Cy immediately. The two of them blush, while afar at their area, Heng is helping his classmates he make an expression of thinking as if he knows what was going on between the two and said.

She step back and went near at the barrier then she continuously attacked the low tiers spirit beasts while watching the mask boy.
The two instructors saw it too about the mask boy who was fighting alone and they were surprised because they saw him fighting a alpha tier moreover that it is an mystic frost bear. The two instructors who were at in their limits are watching from distance while activating their barrier. They know that the one whom the mask boy was fighting is a kind of rampant spirit beast.
Their expression was incredible, they didn't believe that a mere boy can fought from that kind of spirit beast but seeing him fighting alone it makes the two instructors left a reaction of expressiveness. The students were also watching the mask boy and couldn't believe from what they are seeing. Although they have no time to watch because they are having hard time to defeat the other spirit beasts.
Li became aware from the one who are watching him and as much as possible he think that he would not use his shadow element. It's good that only Ah Cy knows but she only know that the mask boy is using a scroll item. Li then seen it that his classmates where already at their limits and exhausted so thinking that, he make it quick killing the mystic frost bear.
Dawn is already rising but Li has some trouble dealing with the mystic frost bear without his shadow element. While fighting it, in his corner eyes he saw the two instructors became more exhausted along with all of the students. The civilian villagers are also worried but they can't do anything and what they can only do is to watch at sorrowful way.
Instructor Mei said that they shouldn't worry because they will make sure that they will save them and he think that the rescue team were already coming here. The civilian villagers nerves are at ease for a bit but from Li's perception he think that the rescuer from Yuan city will be still late because he knows that it was a miles away before they can reach the place where they are in.
Li is still fighting, dodging swiftly from the attack of the mystic frost bear, he became more annoyed and lured at the forest, thinking to take down from that area with the use of his shadow element. An unexpected awareness of Ah Cy and she followed where the mask boy went because she is really worried when someone lured a spirit beasts from other places and because she doesn't want to see another sad tragedy.
At the scene, Li stop and turned to strike an attack using his ice sword from the mystic frost bear but it was block by its long sharp claws. He already knew that would be happen and he use his shadow bind entangled the arms then attached on the trees. He controlled the bind putting a force to forcefully open the block position of the mystic frost bear and striked an attack.
Then he use shadow spike to finish it, right on that time, a flow of a slow air Ah Cy saw the mystic frost bear that was already killed by the black mask boy. Ah Cy's reaction was shock that she can't even speak from what she saw and the mask boy Li was startled.
'Hey! I told you stop following me and stop sneaking out of nowhere. It always surprised and giving me a heart attack.'
'Ah, ah... sorry... I was only worried...'

Ah Cy make an impression like a sound of disapproval and bluntly said that she just want to see how would the mask boy fight. Li as a mask boy then chuckled and incite her and she became annoyed, walking out from his sight while stamping the ground irritatingly. Li sigh like a problem to his self while making a hand posture where he didn't care and followed Ah Cy.
At the place of Heng and others students can't really take anymore actions to fight because they are already very exhausted. The two instructor is also staggering because they used to much energy for their barrier, all of them think that it was their end and have no hope to survive. The barrier suddenly break and some spirit beasts went inside to attack the students and civilian villagers, the students can't move due to their exhaustion but then they saw that the spirit beasts was killed in a instant in front of them.
As the sun rise up they saw Jing Bai standing where his expression was relief that he saw the students and the instructors was still alive. He shout as he said said to everyone that the help and rescuer was already arrived. Heng saw the rescuers and they are coming in there way to help the villagers and the students. He was relief and tired but then he suddenly collapsed on the ground.
