The Glacial Overflow Portal was just like the Glacial Overflow itself. No one really knew where it came from or how it appeared here. As far as the information on the Divine Snow World Network goes, this thing had been there for millions of years.
According to the various sources in the network, many powers tried to come and make use of this portal for their own good... just to end up with nothing. The sphere couldn't be controlled, and the way it worked made the use of formations pretty meaningless. The Glacial Runes deteriorated everything.
Besides, it only showed activity during the Glacial Overflow phenomenon. Besides that, you could approach it, try to touch it, or even pass through it. Other than the fact you could see the sphere, it was as if it wasn't even there.
