Within the grand hall of Ancient Pill Court, Fang Lin strode in with a composed demeanor, observing the three Heaven Kings seated at the head of the room.
The South Zodiac King sat in the center, with the North Spirit King and the Western Moon King occupying the seats on either side, each bearing a different expression.
"North Town Hall Master Fang Lin pays respect to the three Heaven Kings," Fang Lin said, bowing slightly with a cupped-hand salute.
"Fang Lin, you've returned," the South Zodiac King said, his face revealing a faint smile.
Fang Lin was not in the mood for pleasantries and went straight to the point, asking, "Heaven Kings, what exactly happened in Qian Country?"
At these words, the South Zodiac King sighed and responded, "Hidden Kill Hall made its move against Qian Country. By the time the rescue forces arrived, Qian Country had already fallen."
