With housing prices averaging over ten thousand, Chuzheng wasn't asking for a high price, but she didn't bargain to the bone, either.
Sometimes too low a price could also make it difficult to sell.
Chuzheng had everything in order, which made the process convenient.
When she took the agent to view the house, neither Xiao Ze nor Mrs. Xiao were there; she had no idea where they had gone, so they didn't run into each other.
But this was probably for the best.
