Long-awaited thing.
So basically every Lifeform is classified into one of three major Realms, and the Classification is based on the standards of the Cardinal Worlds, meaning worlds that are capable of bearing and birthing the strongest beings, an entire novel.
At the same time, bear in mind that the concept of Levels is not absolute in many cases.
Most of the Levels, especially the early ones, are solely divided based on one requirement and one of two alternatives: The general rule is a sufficient amount of Energy. Then the two alternatives are:
1st - Either be capable of unleashing a certain degree of destruction or
2nd - be able to withstand such a degree of destruction that corresponds to the already said Level.
In many cases, a being that is of a lower Level could easily kill even those that are a few Levels above him, because well... if someone can, for example, destroy an entire city or continent, it doesn't mean that even a single spell would be so destructive. The Destructiveness is measured by the strongest attack possible, not by the average attack that person executes.

Lower Dimensional Lifeforms - Level 1 to Level 7
- Basically, these beings, no matter how powerful they are, are mortals.
Level 1 - IDK, something like Captain America? Basically Superhuman Level
Level 2 - Could destroy smaller buildings
Level 3 - Town Level / City-Block Level
Level 4 - City Level to Mountain Level
Level 5 - Small Tectonic Level
Level 6 - Large Tectonic Level / Continental Level
Level 7 - Smaller Celestial Body Level / Moon Level
Cosmic Lifeforms - Level 8 to Level 10
- At this realm, one isn't an ordinary Mortal, but something above mortality, mainly due to grasping some kind of Law, Divine Authority, or anything that transforms them to the Incarnation of the said Law or...
Level 8 - Small Planetary Level (Earth) to Large Planetary Level (Super-Planet)
Level 9 - Star Level to Star System Level
Level 10 - Galaxy Level to Multi-Galaxy Level (Half-Step Level 11) (Everyone who mastered some Law, Divine Authority or something to limit where it would be possible for them to become an Aspect of something)
Higher Dimensional Lifeforms - Level 11 and above

Level 2 - Middle-Class Devil, 4-Winged Angel/Fallen, Middle-Class Magic Creature, Elite Exorcists/Magician
Level 3 - Most of Demigods / Quasi-God - Divine Rank 0, High-Class Devil, 6-Winged Angel/Fallen, High-Class Magic Creature, Peak Human Limit (basically this is the highest that humans could reach without breeding with other races, thus being mixed bloods or by having some serious Blessing or Soul Equipment)
Level 4 - Minor God - Divine Rank 1-5, Ultimate-Class Devil, 8-Winged Angel/Fallen, High-Level Dragon, Ultimate-Class Magic Creature
Level 5 - Lesser God - Divine Rank 6 - 10, High Ultimate-Class Devil, 10-Winged Angel/Fallen, Ultimate-Class Dragon, Commander Level Magic Creature
Level 6 - Major God - Divine Rank 11 - 15, Satan-Class Devil, 12-Winged Angel/Fallen, Ultimate-Class Dragon - Dragon King, General Level Magic Creature
Level 7 - High God - Divine Rank 16 - 20, Super-Devil Class, True Seraphim, Strongest Dragon Kings, Lord Level Magic Creature
Level 8 - Greater God - Divine Rank 21 - 30 (2nd Generation Primordial), True Form Super-Devil, Heavenly Dragon, Monarch Level Magic Creature
