The next day I walk into the classroom and sit down at my seat. Looking around, I see most of the seats filled. Most of them, except for Mineta's seat. It bothers me that he was forced to leave, because I changed something.
Sighing to myself I hear the door opening and see Shota walk into "Morning class."
"Good Morning Mr. Aizawa" quite a few of us say.
"I have an announcement to make. We will be having a student transferred to our class from the General Ed department, you can come in now" Shota said while waving in whoever was still outside.
A student walks into the classroom and I'm shocked at who it is… "Hello everyone, my name is Hitoshi Shinso" he says glaring at us.
"Alright Shinso, you can take the empty seat behind Midoriya, that's empty" Shota says.
Shinso walks and takes a seat behind me, but he looks right at me seemingly angry with me for some reason. Why is he mad at me? We haven't met yet.
Throughout the morning classes I wrack my brain about why he would be mad at me, but I come up empty when it's time for lunch.
As i'm getting up, I'm surrounded by Iida, Uraraka and Momo.
"Midoriya, Uraraka and I were wondering if you would like to eat with us?" Iida asks.
"Sure, as long as Momo can join us" I say.
"That's fine, right Uraraka?" Iida asks as he looks over at Uraraka.
She nods and we make our way to the cafeteria. I was going to get in line with Iida and Uraraka, but Momo grabs my hand stopping me. I look over and see Momo shake her head she shakes her head.
"We'll find a seat and wait for you" Momo says while pulling me along with her. We find our seat and she goes off somewhere for a while. When she returns she is carrying a rather large box wrapped in cloth.
"What's inside Momo?" I ask her.
"Well a little bit of this and a little bit of that" she says while blushing.
She sets it on the table just in time for Iida and Uraraka to come and take a seat across from us.
"What's in the box Yaoyorozu?" Iida asks.
Instead of answering him, Momo unfolds the cloth and starts disassembling the box. As it turns out the box is really a number of boxes that fit together. The top 2 boxes have rice, meat and some other things inside. While the bottom one has a lot of eggs inside it, with a few hearts drawn with ketchup.
"Thanks Momo, this looks great" I say smiling at Momo.
She blushes a bit, but before she says anything I hear Uraraka say "Wow that looks so cute, but wait… did you make this for the two of you Yaoyorozu?"
"That's right" Momo says.
"Why would you do that?" Uraraka asks?
"I wanted to, besides we are dating" Momo says, which causes Uraraka and Iida to gape.
"Wait! The two of you are dating?!" Iida asks loudy.
"That's right Iida, but you are being too loud" I say blushing as I look around to see more than a few people looking in our direction.
"When did that start?" Uraraka asks with a frown on her face.
"2 months Uraraka" Momo says.
A few more questions are shot at the two of us, most of them coming from Uraraka. Before we knew it Lunch was over and we were on our way back to our classroom.
When we arrived some of the students had already returned to class including Shinso, who still seems mad at me for some reason.
I walk over and take my seat, waiting for class to begin. It's time for Hero basic training and All Might should be the teacher, but I'm not sure that will still happen.
"I.. Am...Here!" I hear as the door to the classroom flies open and All Might leans out into the classroom saying "Coming through the door like a Hero!"
Whew I was worried for second. He is wearing his silver age costume.
"Whoa" I hear from around me.
"I can't believe it's really All Might!" Kaminari says.
"So he is a teacher!" Kirishima says before continuing "This year is gonna be totally awesome!"
"Hey look, isn't he wearing his silver age costume?" Asui asks while All Might marches towards the podium.
"I'm getting goosebumps, it's so retro" Ojiro says in astonishment.
"Welcome to the most important class at U.A. High, think of it as Hero-ing 101. Here you will learn the basics of being a pro and what it means to fight in the name of good."
All Might turns around while grabbing something, before saying "Let's get into it. Today's lesson….. the pull no punches." All Might turns around and shows a card that says the word BATTLE on it.
"Fight training, you better be ready Deku!" Kacchan exclaims looking over his shoulder.
"One of the keys to being a hero is…. Looking good!" All Might says as he points over to some discolorations on the walls. Those spots start to extend out of the wall revealing briefcases, which contain our costumes.
"These were designed for you, based on your Quirk Registration Forms and the request you sent in before school started" All Might says, which causes the students to yell out in excitement.
"Get yourself suited up and then meet me at Training Ground Beta!" All Might yells out before leaving the classroom.
"Yes Sir!" we yell out as he leaves.
We all go and grab our cases and head to the locker rooms, but I'm stopped by Shinso right before entering.
"Midoriya, don't think that just because you have a Quirk perfect for being a Hero, that other students with less admirable Quirks can't" he says while glaring at me.
"Shinso, you will make a fine Hero. I believe you can do it, even with a Quirk like Mind Control" I say with a smile on my face.
He looks at me shocked for a little bit, but then says "I never told you what my Quirk is, how did you know?"
Crap… umm… I think to myself nervously before saying "Shota niichan told me."
"Niichan?" Shinso asks confused.
"Oh right, well… Mr. Aizawa I mean. I go to his family's Dojo to practice Martial Arts."
"I see, thank you Midoriya. I thought you might be like others" He says looking slightly apologetic.
"No I mean, I get where your coming from. Hell, I didn't even know I had a Quirk until I was 11."
"That's... weird."
I nod, but then say "We should hurry up and get changed. We wouldn't want to be late."
He nods back to me and we head inside the locker room to get changed. I wonder what my costume looks like now? I think to myself.
